1. Agreement

By commissioning my GFX services, you accept these terms.

2. Payment

- Payments are made through Roblox gamepasses.

- Full payment is required before work begins.

- Refunds are generally not provided after the final design is delivered; however, exceptions can be made under special circumstances.

3. Requests

- Submit commissions via the provided Google Form with clear details.

- I do not use 3D clothing or custom rigs.

4. Communication

- Maintain respectful communication.

- Severe disrespect may lead to commission cancellation without a refund.

5. Revisions

- Two revisions are included.

- Additional changes after the final design may incur extra costs.

6. Usage Rights

- I retain artwork rights.

- You may use the design for personal purposes.

- Reselling or editing without consent is prohibited.

7. Turnaround

- Delivery is within 1 to 2 days after payment and receiving all necessary information.

- Delays will be communicated promptly.
